We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs for our internal teams and clients.


Position Overview:
The Training Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that align with organizational goals. From onboarding to upskilling, you’ll design curriculum, lead training sessions, and help foster a culture of learning. You’ll collaborate with department leads to identify training needs and ensure our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement effective training programs, materials, and workshops.

  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for employees, clients, or partners.

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, updating content as needed.

  • Support onboarding processes with structured training for new hires.

  • Maintain training records, reports, and documentation in compliance with internal standards.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and recommend innovative learning approaches.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning & development.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person).

  • Ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive training content.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS tools, and performance tracking.
