Position Overview:
The Training Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that align with organizational goals. From onboarding to upskilling, you’ll design curriculum, lead training sessions, and help foster a culture of learning. You’ll collaborate with department leads to identify training needs and ensure our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement effective training programs, materials, and workshops.
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for employees, clients, or partners.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, updating content as needed.
Support onboarding processes with structured training for new hires.
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation in compliance with internal standards.
Stay up to date on industry trends and recommend innovative learning approaches.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning & development.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person).
Ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive training content.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS tools, and performance tracking.
