Position Overview:
As a Training Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to assess training needs, develop tailored programs, and deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions. You’ll work with teams across various industries, creating learning solutions that are both effective and aligned with each client’s unique objectives. Your goal is to empower individuals and organizations to reach their full potential through continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess client training needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
Design and customize training programs for a wide range of topics, including leadership, soft skills, technical skills, and compliance.
Deliver training sessions in-person, virtually, or through hybrid models, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning experience.
Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals or teams to reinforce key learning outcomes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the training content is relevant and innovative.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to refine and improve training offerings.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in training, consulting, or instructional design.
Proven ability to create and deliver impactful training programs for diverse audiences.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with various learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills to assess training outcomes and make data-driven improvements.
