Position Overview:
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT-focused roles. From sourcing and screening candidates to collaborating with hiring managers and closing offers, you'll ensure we attract the best minds in the industry. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies for tech roles.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage the candidate experience.
Maintain up-to-date applicant tracking records and reports.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks.
Build and maintain a pipeline of strong technical talent for current and future needs.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, agency or in-house.
Strong understanding of tech roles (e.g., developers, engineers, data analysts, IT support).
Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
