Position Overview:
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT-focused roles. From sourcing and screening candidates to collaborating with hiring managers and closing offers, you'll ensure we attract the best minds in the industry. If you have a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of the tech landscape, this is your chance to make a major impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies for tech roles.

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage the candidate experience.

  • Maintain up-to-date applicant tracking records and reports.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strong technical talent for current and future needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, agency or in-house.

  • Strong understanding of tech roles (e.g., developers, engineers, data analysts, IT support).

  • Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, etc.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
