We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our hiring processes across all departments.

Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning and employer branding to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. You’ll partner closely with leadership and department heads to identify hiring needs, drive recruitment strategies, and ensure we bring in the best people to support our growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and timelines.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters or recruiting coordinators (if applicable).
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and outreach.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment efforts.
Optimize and manage our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
Ensure a seamless, positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior role.
Proven track record of successful hires across a variety of roles and levels.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
