Position Overview:
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns, curating engaging content, and driving our social media strategy. Your creativity will help build a consistent and compelling online presence, while your analytical mindset will ensure our efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and trends.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with our online community.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Facebook Ads Manager).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong creative and visual content creation abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and insights.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
