Position Overview:
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns, curating engaging content, and driving our social media strategy. Your creativity will help build a consistent and compelling online presence, while your analytical mindset will ensure our efforts are aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Create, curate, and schedule content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and trends.

  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with our online community.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.

  • Execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

  • Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Facebook Ads Manager).

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Strong creative and visual content creation abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and insights.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
