We’re currently seeking a seasoned Senior Healthcare Recruiter to lead our healthcare hiring efforts and help our clients build high-performing teams.


Position Overview:
As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles. From sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and client partners to understand staffing needs and timelines.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, credentialing standards, and hiring practices.

  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience and clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on healthcare roles.

  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, job functions, and credentialing requirements.

  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
