Position Overview:
As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles. From sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers and client partners to understand staffing needs and timelines.
Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, credentialing standards, and hiring practices.
Provide a high-touch candidate experience and clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on healthcare roles.
Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, job functions, and credentialing requirements.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
