Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals. From managing digital campaigns to coordinating events and partnerships, you’ll play a key role in driving lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and optimize lead generation strategies.

  • Plan and oversee the creation of marketing content such as blogs, videos, case studies, and white papers.

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results using data-driven insights.

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

  • Organize and execute events, webinars, and partnerships to engage with potential clients and industry stakeholders.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or consulting industries.

  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media strategies, and lead generation.

  • Creative thinker with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) and CRM software.
