Position Overview:
As the Director of Technology, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of all technology initiatives. You’ll lead our tech team, manage technology infrastructure, ensure system security, and spearhead the integration of new technologies that will support both our internal needs and client-facing solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning technology with business goals and driving the company’s digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
Lead and manage the technology team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal software, applications, and IT infrastructure.
Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of systems and applications.
Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation.
Manage technology budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Establish and enforce technology best practices, policies, and standards.
Report on the performance of technology systems, providing regular updates to senior management.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a director or senior management role.
Proven experience with software development, IT infrastructure, and technology management.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams.
Experience with cloud technologies, security protocols, and enterprise-level IT systems.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
