Position Overview:
The Director of HR will serve as a key member of the leadership team, overseeing all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building engaged, inclusive, and high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning initiatives.

  • Champion a strong company culture rooted in inclusion, respect, and continuous development.

  • Lead performance management processes and support leadership in employee coaching and development.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations.

  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.

  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and support positive workplace relationships.

  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategy and improve people processes.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational design and succession planning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to build trust and lead change in growing organizations.

  • Experience in professional services or consulting environments is a plus.
