Position Overview:
As a Career Advisor, you’ll work closely with job seekers to understand their goals, enhance their employability, and connect them with the right opportunities. You’ll provide personalized career guidance, resume and interview coaching, and help individuals navigate today’s competitive job market. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about mentorship, employment services, and career development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to assess skills, goals, and career options.

  • Assist clients with resume building, cover letter writing, and interview preparation.

  • Provide support for job search strategies, networking, and professional branding.

  • Facilitate career readiness workshops and group coaching sessions.

  • Stay current with labor market trends, hiring practices, and in-demand skills.

  • Collaborate with employers and internal teams to align clients with job opportunities.

  • Track client progress and maintain detailed case notes and reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in career advising, coaching, recruitment, or workforce development.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others succeed.

  • Knowledge of job market trends, career resources, and employment practices.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
